Last night I pulled out this Crockpot Challenge and utilized a recipe for overnight banana oatmeal. I love waking up to the smell of it, having forgotten that it would be cooking all night and be ready for my pre-workout carb the next morning. It was glorious!
I mean, we all have a need for a crockpot/slow cooker at some point or season in our lives, right?
I wanted to share this with you from a series I did in May of 2017. I’ve yet to find a season where I didn’t need a crockpot recipe at least every few weeks.
