Does the idea of sustainable healthy habits sound like a good idea, but overwhelm you the more you think about it?
Does an ongoing challenge group sound like too much to add to your plate?
Does having a million choices cause fear, anxiety and paralysis analysis rather than freedom? (That’s kind of how I feel about Garland ISD in the Dallas area for deciding a schooling choice for my son for the Fall – Ah! Sorry, I digress.).
Do you WANT to make sustainable changes that are ongoing, but need to have a start and finish date to follow in order to actually jump in and begin?
Do you need extra structure, an exact schedule, and a community of people that are doing the exact thing for the exact length of time, all beginning and finishing together?
If your answer to those questions is NO, then click here for the post that best applies to you. 😉
And if you answered yes, I’m so glad you’re still reading. I understand where you are coming from, and I hear you. That’s why I’m starting something new.
I’ve never done this before, and I’m pretty excited about it.
Although I’m ALL ABOUT lifestyle changes, I realize that those changes have to start SOMEWHERE. And although I have an ongoing challenge group focused on sustaining these healthier habits, I realized that some people might thrive on starting somewhere else – with a 28 day commitment that has a start and finish date, made up only of participants who are doing the exact same program.
Sound like something you’d like to try? Here are the details!
Who is this challenge group for? Those who consider themselves beginners when it comes to healthier habits like exercise and clean eating AND/OR those who want to return to the basics and start with a clean slate.
What programs will the challenge group entail? You’ll start with a 5 day program that you’ll do during week 1 of the committed time – this will ease you into exercising (especially if it’s been a while!) and introduce you to the nutrition plan. Following that will be a 3 week program that includes daily fitness and nutrition guides to follow.
How long does this challenge group last? The committed time is 4 weeks. Required prep work will need to be completed before the start of the 4 week period, and can be done through a series of 8 assignments that takes less than one hour to complete if done all at once.
What’s the goal? To be fully committed to a 4 week challenge in order to start new, prove to yourself that you CAN commit and follow through with healthier habits, experience REAL results, and begin the process of learning how to sustain the habits you start for the rest of your life.
What’s next after completing the 4 week challenge? You choose! I would love to help you pick a program that fits you and your goals (since you’ll already have access to EVERY program our company has ever created) and if you desire, I’ll add you to my ongoing Lifestyle group where you can continue to receive support, encouragement, motivation and tips for maintaining your healthier lifestyle.
How will I access the challenge group? It’s called the My Challenge Tracker App, available only to customers of Team Beachbody. You can download it to your phone or tablet. You log your daily workout, shake, and check the group for posts from me and other challengers in the group for daily motivation, encouragement, resources, tools and accountability.
Where do we get our workouts, nutrition plan and superfoods? Our company’s essential products are all bundled into an amazing package – All Access Beachbody on Demand and Shakeology Challenge Pack. Here’s an image that explains the breakdown of what is included.
The next group starts February 12, 2018. Feel free to email me if you’re interested at jamileegainey@gmail.com and let’s chat about whether or not it would be a good fit for you.
